The Washington County Sheriff's Office handles all arrest records for the county. Call (918) 337-2800 to reach the office. Every person arrested in Washington County by any arresting agency is brought to the Washington County Detention Center in Bartlesville. That includes arrests by the Bartlesville PD, the sheriff's deputies, and state troopers.
The detention center is the Washington County Correctional Facility at 611 SW Adams Blvd in Bartlesville. The jail phone is (918) 332-4000. Visits are limited to 15 minutes. You get two visits per weekend, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Each visit allows one adult and one child. You need a photo ID, and cell phones are not allowed inside.

Mail is delivered to inmates Monday through Friday, except holidays. Send letters to the inmate's first and last name, c/o Washington County Correctional Facility, 611 SW Adams Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74003. All mail is subject to search. Cash, money orders, photos, and photocopies are not allowed.

Undersheriff Jon Copeland has said the inmate search is the biggest feature of the new website. It lets anyone in Washington County look up who is in the jail and see their booking details. The site also links to CrimeStoppers and plans to add a Crime of the Week feature.

The website also links to outside tools. You can look up court cases through OSCN, ODCR, and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics. These are free and do not need an account.
Note: Special visits for out-of-state family must be set up in advance with the Jail Administrator. Only immediate family qualifies.
